I’ve noticed that certain “thoughts” will persist for about a fortnight before finally dropping off… but intensely cleaning the chakras… and closing them for a few hours can also help!

I usually spend 20 minutes cleaning everything out… which includes all chakras twice over, severing of any soul strings and if possible clearing out any thoughtsforms that are lingering around.

I dont have the possibility to get incense , candles or even a bell , all i have is paper , blood , a pen , devotion , and a lighter , is it possible to do a standard ritual asking for a succubus with these items ?
