what's the first thing to do ? meditation or dedication ? 
who's close with Father satan ? can you ask him that i need his help coz i'm having a hard time on that i got depressed on how to open the third eye and chakras .... ugggggggggh..!

Dedicate your soul before you start doing any meditation, especially the opening of the chakras and astral senses.
Don't get upset or depressed if you don't open your third eye in the amount of days it says on JoS. The time for it to open (along with the chakras and astral senses) depends on how spiritually advanced you were in your past life. Some people open it sooner and other open it later.
