I'm so upset with myself because I have to bug others to get my answers. I need to know what speciffic meditations to do in order to open my soul up so I can experience what I need. I promise once I can that I won't bug any human being for answers on how to better myself

Why not try the beginner's meditations for yourself?

All Gentiles are welcome to join. To ask genuine questions. To participate on the forums. This is one way of learning. 
The other way is to follow Magus' advice. Both ways work together. 
The meditations will give you increased self confidence. But first, please consider dedicating your soul to Satan [if you're not already]. Satan protects His own. From enemy attacks. Without His protection the enemy will do anything necessary to keep you away from Father. The dedication ritual is linked on JoS.
