I can't enter a deep trance, meditating doesn't work too well.

As the title says. And tips? I am doing the ladder thing, I can feel it perfectly well, exactly like falling. But nothing happens!

And also, can someone give me a picture of all the Chakra's, labeled and everything.

I resorted to watching one or two of those trance videos on youtube. The only thing that happened to me was that things got wavy for a second and then I got a headache. Good luck.

<td val[/IMG]dude u have to try to relax. I got lots of advices from my friends cause im taking the hell's army training Hell's Army 666 and the first thing was to go into trance try a void meditation or aura cleansing meditation its all in meditation section in JOS.
