I cant meditate even when i met the requirements, I need help D:

Patience and consistance.

Becoming a master at meditation dosn't come over night. For some it can take years or pratice. Just keep at it and you will get the hang of it. The important thing to remember is to keep consistant in it, even if you feel like it isn't working, keep doing it.
