Yes, I experience this kind of energies and attacks too recently.
Ideas for staying positive ?
Trying to reduce contacts with other people, I mean those who are without, who may carry on enemy attacks as they are enemy controlled all the time
Getting a very hard session of your favorite sport - as anger is coming from Mars and I guess the enmy is attacking through Mars energies, as sport is from Mars too if you are under attack try to give all the best in the sport you are currently training getting out competitive rage - e.g. running, try to beat your running record on a lap/circuit, weighlifting, weight a heavier lift this time, etc. This helps a lot to disipate excess Mars energy - at least for me!

I've seen this is especially the case for new people. People getting angry over shit like not getting post through or a topic not getting any replays. Or getting angry over people fooling around and makeing jokes. Of course this is totally not the fault of new people. They are just more vulnerable to enemy attacks. I've
been depressed myself the last few days for no reason. I heard something about a jewish holiday recently, they must be increasing their attacks.
Listen this is for any brothers or sisters who may be feeling this. If you get depressed, angry, if you have BS thoughts coming into your head for no reason then know this is NOT you. Focus on daily meditations and try to stay positive.
I've noticed the best way to banish this type of thing is to just focus on bettering yourself, hit the gym or go for a run, meditate, study. Also enjoying yourself and have a good time, watch a funny movie, eat a good meal (IMO the best cure ever) or maybe just be in nature for a bit (this always cheers me up)
Let's turn this into a thread about ideas on staying positive during enemy attacks.
