Why do you feel the need to tell them? If they're very
xian, you know it won't end well. If you live with them,
they could make your life miserable. If you don't live with
them, they could cut you out of their will and/or never
speak to you again. Your life would be much easier if you
just left them in the dark.
If you insist on telling them, I would sit them both down
and calmly explain things to them. Since it's likely to be
emotionally devastating for them, remember not to lose
your temper or let any emotions come through on your
part, as that would make it worse. Keep your voice level
and even, never interrupt them even if they scream at you,
and keep eye contact with them. Most importantly, have a
trusted friend there with you. Preferably a big, strong guy.
You never know how people will react to things like this.
If they decide to get violent, you'll need back up.
