How To Tell If Your Kundalini Has Been Awakened?

Anyone whose Kundalini has begun to rise or has already risen: what does it feel like?

I did the warrior's dedication ritual yesterday, and last night after I did yoga, during my breathing exercises, I felt a sort of pain way at the base of my spine. I woke up this morning and it's still there... I took some ibuprofen to see if it would go away... it didn't.

It feels dull, but it's definitely there. Occasionally it radiates out to my sides a little, and it prevented me from sleeping last night. (I went to bed at around 12 am and couldn't sleep until after 3 am)

Normally I go to the gym as soon as I wake up, but something told me I should stay home. It's weird, because if I miss a day at the gym, I feel guilty, but today, I feel it's necessary and am experiencing no guilt...

Idk what's up. Does that sound like the Kundalini being awakened, or am I just messed up? lol

For some reason, his site isn't working at the moment, that's why i just posted his sermons

Oh ibuprofen won't help lol. It sounds like your Kundalini is doing...something. It radiates out your sides, probably out of your hip chakras because they vent out energy. You'll have to open your hip chakras to enhance the energy flow, if you have already done that do some special work on your chakras. Make sure they are open and functioning. Read Vovim Baghie's site if you haven't yet. It definitely helps, good luck, be strong
