3. When you wake up on this day: 20 minutes of studying a book or anything; by compulsive force. During the fast.
4. After you study the book, you will have a cold shower. If you cannot take it, you should start from warm water and work your way comfortably downward. By the end of the shower, you must be on cold water, not warm water.
5. On the same day, cut out every person that does the following: Bring drugs to you, is a "friend who uses" and whatever else; without mercy. Just go black, don't listen to siren's song that they love you or whatever; they do not. They are destroying you. No emotions, just out them. Block them. Stay CLOSER to people that love you, value you, and want the good of you.
6. Continue your day as usual, do void meditation and ignore any and all thoughts.
7. Do the Ritual of Janus at the peak of the fasting/ritual [18 hours], requesting specifically to be absolved from the drug usage. Janus will help you transition.
8. At the end of the fasting, sleep. Drink copious amounts of water.
9. Affirmations: "I am free, healthy and absolved of what harms me. I am powerful, my will is powerful and I control easily myself and effortlessly."
10. Keep occupied all day. No sitting down with imbeciles who have nothing to do besides smoke weed. You deserve better; even Netflix watching is better.
11. If you cannot do the above on your own, if you have a partner etc, explain to them what you will be doing, and just do it.
Repeat round 1 two times the first week. No relapsing on toxic relations with people; they are in the past. Do this for 4 weeks, ie, a total of 4 times a month. It's not that hard, only the first time will be hard.
Round 2:
Same drill; but this time, you will fast for 36 hours. Same drill. Repeat again 4 times a month.
Next day: Proceed to eat and restart the day as usual.
The above will be a radical shift you can combine with 40 days working to rid yourself completely.
