How to sleep less amount of time?

I wanna decrease the amount of time I devote to sleep? How to do that? Is that harmful for my health? Is there any special way of doing that? I've heard that Hitler was sleeping only four hours every day!!! How was he doing that?
 
There are various techniques for this but, many of them can cause significant personality changes and undermine your sanity.

Sleep is essential to normal physiology and whilst your demands may change over time with increased bioelectricity, if you are tired, it is best to sleep.
 
Technically speaking, the more healthy and bio-electricity "charged" you are the less sleep you need. Maybe entering a trance or void meditating counts as "half-resting" since your mind frequencies and heart beats slow down to the point of "sleep", i don't really know.
About Hitler, i think that having millions of kikes after your ass kinda fucks with your sleep, lol.
