How to make contact with Hypnos?

I have had persistent issues with sleep since childhood, I have made a lot of lifestyle improvements to deal with this but frankly even with magic I have come up short, Hypnos is the Greek God of sleep, he is described as a gentle and helpful God, I actually prayed for a God/Godess of sleep to help me sleep last night as I was really struggling and it worked perfectly and then I woke up a few hours later feeling fantastic, I would like to try and develop a relationship with this God if possible so that he can help develop my soul in this regard, does anyone know if his sigil is on the JoS under a different name or if he is even a God its appropriate to contact as I know some Gods are not to be summoned and as his rulership's are esoteric he may be one of them.

Have you tried using deep trance to do affirmations with a goal towards obtaining good and healthy sleep?

Hypnos also rules over hypnosis, just as sleep can give you a new cycle, so can hypnosis.

for sleep i think can be using with satanic void meditation and affirming focus only for can sleep.

I have been unable to enter a trance without the assistance of my GD for over a decade now, I am not sure why, I know its not from lack of effort or technique as I used to be very good at entering trances I could enter a very deep one in about 30 seconds at one point, but one day I just couldn't and I have never been able to since, I am working on that with my GD though and he/she is directing me step by step but thats a long term problem and so thats off the table for me right now unfortunately.
