I kinda thought the same way, but I was curious so I bought it. There's about 150 pages, I posted this so that if anyone would like to download they can for free.

I saw a video on YouTube about how an Australian inventer came up with a
generator that is powered by magnets, he said his generator puts out 1 kw
of electricity per hour, I use about 24 kw per month. The video included a
web address and it was one of those sites where you have to buy the
information. I was charged $47, it includes how to make the generator
although its a bit confusing, it also tells how to make windmills, solar
panels, and solar water heaters. All they really did was send me a link, so
I'm going to post it here, click where it says download our guide from this
     link.
