How to improve eye sight

Hello brothers and sisters!
I would like to know if there is anyway that I could improve eyesight? Is there a rune, or a way to breath energy into it with the right affirmation and it will improve?

Try using a rune and white-gold energy. Breathe the white gold energy into your eyes, state the affirmation, something like "My eyes are completely normal, healthy, and strong. I have perfect vision." but that's just an idea, you can figure one out for yourself but keep it simple. As for the rune, find one that helps with healing. There's also Satanic Healing on the Magick page of JoS, but if you really want results, do as much as you can.
**Though, I must note, healing takes a lot of energy, and a long time so you will really have to keep at this daily, without skipping one day, or any improvement will completely dissipate and you will have to start over.

You can do anything that advances you spiritually.  It will gradually improve your eyesight to some degree which in most cases will be very minor.  An awareness will take place that this has occurred leading one to believe that the technique can be continued to a point of fully curing the cause of the problem when in fact the cause of the problem has not been changed in any way.  Associating the improvement with anything at this stage in the game would prove to be a distraction. At some point, you will have to locate the true cause of the problem in your unconscious mind.  (The unconscious mind is a misnomer - its actually the most conscious categorization of the mind that exists.  The conscious mind is the least conscious.)  This is done psychically by the identification and  retrieval, observation of the post hypnotic command responsible, conscious awareness of what it was doing and its subsequent automatic removal from the unconscious mind when that realization occurs.  Most of these commands follow a specific pattern and are very close to being identical in others.  That would remove the cause of the bad eyesight permanently. (With training you would be able to maintain its permanence.  And that will be clearly understood upon obtaining the level, and is partially understood as soon as you recognize that you can use the power of your mind to effect psychosomatics). Permanent removal of the cause then would allow your eyes to naturally improve to their optimal condition, and your eyes would immediately start to do that - at that point.  That is the point where healing would be important.  Because, you could treat existing physical conditions that did not respond to treatment before and bolster the natural healing process in other ways e.g. medicines in the form of eye drops, vitamin supplements etc.  Their is nothing that you "need" to do for that to occur.  It would simply occur easier or take longer as a result of you helping it or not helping it along.  Frequent eye exams could be set up to monitor the changes and to help it along - and you could inform open minded doctors that this is occurring and this is what you want help with.  Note:  This can not be done with hypnosis without grossly exasperating the condition and must be done psychically when you reach that level.  Their are no instructions required on how to do it, because, once you reach the level, you will automatically "remember" how to do it and may even do it without realizing you did it.  Once you reach your optimal eye condition doing the things mentioned, you could then, be healed and improved using advanced techniques that your currently wondering about, some of which are listed on the website.  Speculation and testing of these techniques could be experimented with successfully at this stage.
