Greetings everyone, I will share my thoughts on this topic, on vibrations and how to feel them. There are quite a few factors that affect this, so I write this in hope to help some of y'all who can't feel the vibrations when they vibrate a mantra.
This will hopefully help you vibrate the mantras correctly.
1. Point of focus.
It is quite necessary to put your focus on the exact location you want to feel the vibrations at. You move and condense energy with your focus.
2. Breathing and vibrating correctly.
Inhale completely, and than let the air flow out by itself. Don't force exhale, nor limit the air flow. just let your lungs deflate by itself. Don't move any muscles. The only limitations to air flow will be your vocal chords and the overall configuration of your mouth and throat, but not any muscles related to your lungs should be effected. Every letter of the mantra should be vibrated for an amount of time, and not for just one momentary sound. For example: RRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAUUUUUUMMMMMM and NOT RAAAAAUUUUUUUMMMMM.
3. Body position.
More importantly, the tilt of your head. I find this a very important factor. HPS Maxine mentions on the opening the chakras page that for chakras below the throat, it can be beneficial to tilt your head down to lay your chin on your chest. For me however, this is too much of a tilt and I ususally tilt my head somewhere between half tilt and completely tilt. I usually have to tilt it differently for each chakra.
Moreover, straightening and curving your back also effects this, and probably different sitting positions are also.
You just have to experience with this, maybe you find a go to configuration that work for everything and is comfortable, or not.
4. Being relaxed
You should relax you muscles especially around the point of interest, to let there be vibration, but generally you should be completely relaxed, all your muscles (that you can control and not related to sound generating). You will end up in a slight trance state if you are relaxed and comfortable. The vibration will likely stop you from falling to lower levels of trance but this is enough.
5. Pitch
The pitch of your voice can affect this also but I find this a bit overrated. As a general guide, you vibrate on a low tone for the base chakra and slightly increasing it with each chakra above, and getting to a high pitch for your crown. But I don't find this too effective and I usually just adjust my pitch to how I feel the vibration the best, and it doesn't really follow this example above. I usually don't go above my normal speaking tone as that is uncomfotable and useless.
6. Correct pronounciation
Not exactly related to correct vibration, but it's worth to mention that you should know the pronouncitation of the mantra you use. For runes, listen to the audio files that are on JoS, for mantras, many of them are explained by HPS Maxine or are also recorded by her, and so on. You can also learn the Sanskrit pronounciation and writing system, and so on, this would be optional for every SS eventually.

That's it, there are also more things but less and less realated to vibrating. I started with the most important and ended with the least, but this is just my current judgment on the topic. This post is only about vibrations so I will end this here, hope this have helped someone.
