Thank you, if only I realized this sooner, when I was younger, I had actually clicked on this video, but never got into it, silly me. How can I reduce the use of flouride, I have drank boiled tap water for years now,crap

Continuous meditation helps. Just get bottled water, make sure it has a high (good) rating and make sure it doesn't have any fluoride. Research on the internet about bottled waters. :)

Very interesting video.
This girls is talking about raw cocoa as a good food for helping to stimulate the pineal gland.
Personally I try to avoid this as I think it's rich in caffeine (bad for the pineal gland/meditation?) and also heavy for the liver functions.
Any ideas about it ?
