How to consecrate things to SATAN so it can become SATANIC?

few months ago, i was told to wear a locket of Silver, containing three gems/stones within it. One is electric BLUE colored,second is just as same as a diamond and third is RED. I have to wear it cuz it was predicted by some hindu astrologer pandit (to whom my parents went to they found him recently through relatives in other city)that i can get mental,i can lose my mind in coming future. He told the things about me,about family true and predicted about future that came true. He is not deceiving. He is an old man.another story i wana share, I was a victim of some magic by neighbours about study, obviously fucking mudslims did that,here are many mudslims who do that ! I was damn good in studies and neighbours knew it!  just two years back we found this through some other pandit again lol. All of a sudden i stopped going to school when i was in 6th. Since then i changed many schools,hardly i could passed 10th grade. I am totally fucked,i only passed high school. I have been at home since four years ! After 10th i tried going to college for some diploma but again i left it after three days ! and i lost a girl just cuz i am not settled and not independent that hurt.I'd got her back yesterday but this issue occur of not being myself settled. Also parents are responsible for my this condition. why the fuck they make kids if they cant,dont know how to raise a child and how to care them?!?!???! I hate how that old man could know my privacy problem that i have some minor  temporary allergy and many other secrets! And also i hate seeing how my family bow and touched his feet,this is very common in india here. I wish if they only could know that they are capable of bettering,solving their lives,problems on their own!Anyway,sorry, should I consecrate that locket to SATAN for make it Satanic so i can wear it then? Would it not offend HIM ? would it be fine na? i want to wear some lockets if i ask parents to get me other locket they would tell me to wear this one only! They wont give other.
