There's a dedication ritual, but is not a "pact". In fact all this "trade your soul for instant money" thing is an enemy invention and projection, it's the enemy that condones it, not Enki/Satan nor any of our Gods. That's what the xian churches did in middle age, they promised to promote the xian lies and bring souls to the greys so they can get rich as shit.

go to the jos main site and go to the make a commitment to Satan section of the jos site and dedicate when ready
before dedicating id say do the following:
if you are really serious and want to get into satanism id say you outta read as much of the jos site as possible as well as various group messages by searching the main jos group here and reading group messages here as well.
then ask away questions on supplies (how to get them aka what are good possible shopping locations to go to so you can buy these items).
as for the next part of your question:
you want to grow stronger id say before and after dedicating work on meditation.  which is easy as we got stuff here on how we go about it.  that and good stuff on breathing exercises as well.
after yo dedicate work on opening the 3rd eye and opening them chakras.
