Hey!
So, after HP Maxine's last Sermon I thought I should share with my Family some "tips" that I started performing/following in order to change my overall mentality and the negativity that I used to have.I was actually thinking that since most of you will see the results through meditation I shouldn't really write a topic of this nature, but what the heck? These methods of mine changed my mentality before I even got to see the results of meditating.
So here goes...
1. Something that HP Maxine said in her Sermon as well, since you meditate, after your meditation session *use* affirmations to achieve your happiness!
[/B] I personally do Satan's Magickal Squares as well in order to achieve *specific* things (when it comes to art, communication, luck, gambling and the like) but whenever I finish doing the RAUM meditation for example, or some other meditation that will give me an energy boost, I will then intensely affirm into my mind and even visualize it "I am now, always and forever rich and happy, in a healthy for me way". Sometimes I even start laughing on my own while affirming it. xD It is so intense, it makes me really happy, and I can see it in my everyday life as well, how it grealy beautifully affects me!
So use an affirmation of that kind; something that you 100% want for yourself.
2. Avoid sad things... Avoid things that will make you depressed. [/B]I can not begin to describe how much of a negative person I was; and listening to sad music, watching sad movies and constantly making sad thoughts never helped me in any way! All these things just make us feel worse and if we live that kind of lifestyle, we constantly create thoughtforms of negativity and sadness in our auras and chakras. So, avoid negativity with all you've got. I had specifically done the Munka meditation (NOT for beginners!) http://web.archive.org/web/201308010456 ... e_Soul.htm with the affirmation "I am now and forever totally and completely free from any kind of unhappiness" and it helped me so much... so so so much... You see, I actually got to realize how some of the constantly negative thoughts I was making were connected to my previous lives. It was a shocker but so helpful... I was literally released from such an enormous burden. So, if you're new, I do not suggest the Munka meditation. Just always use positive affirmations after your meditation sessions and if you want, you could even do a 40 days working with Runes, to use even more magick for your overall happiness.
(and of course Satan's Magickal Squares! Jupiter Square, Sun Square, Venus Square! :'D)
3. Be motivational. Work towards your goals! [/B]If you stop being negative, you'll actually realize that your dreams are not impossible... Okay, some of them may require a lot of effort but if it's your DREAM and your GOAL in life, then what's stopping you?? Stop being lazy and unproductive! Stop lying down thinking that "I won't manage..."; BELIEVE IN YOURSELF DAMN IT! D:< I've found so many people who have so little trust in themselves... They do not live their biggest dreams because they think they're unable of doing so (or that they "don't worth it" -fuckin stupid jewish programming). When the moon gets out of void (avoid starting things when the moon is on void course) make a list of your biggest dreams and desires. Do you want to travel to another country? Do you want to be a famous artist? Do you want to explore the entire planet? Why do you think that it's impossible??? Write down your biggest desires and then prioritize them. Let's say that you want to travel to France and that you also want to learn to cook the best food in the world. These things are irrelevant of course, but it doesn't matter. So, which of these two things you want to achieve first? Do NOT think of what you CAN achieve first! Do not go for what's the easiest to do, but what you mostly desire! So, let's say that travelling to France is the one thing you mostly desire. You then set a plan. How are you going to do that? You will need money of course. You could also learn the language if you'd like. So, work towards these things... One by one, set smaller goals in order to achieve your main goal/desire. And the most important thing is, like meditation and advancing spiritually, to be patient and persistent!! As they say, Rome wasn't build in a day.
Even the most famous millionaires that exist in this world started out from zero (well, with the exception of jews... and uuuh, people who were born from rich parents; but the thing is, these people will NEVER be able to feel the satisfaction one gains when they achieve their dreams through their own efforts and struggles. Believe it or not, the hardships make the victory even more sweet).
4. Work out! [/B]Except for the fact that working out is essential when you also do power meditations (you will notice that your body will start feeling uncomfortable if you don't 'let out' all the energy that you invoke), physical exercise also helps in building your self-confidence and make you even more energized and even helps you use your brain more! ...Or so, I've noticed? xD In general, physical exercise can not be compared to anything. Just like with meditations, it is the same important and essential for your own vitality and good, positive mentality.
So for the finale, I thought I should share with you some "mottos" that I have written on the wall of my room so that, each time I dare to start being negative, my eyes would read the phrases and my mind would refuse to be negative. These have worked for me, but everyone is different. Search for your own mottos; small words that will make you see the world differently, or at least to DESIRE to see the world through your own experiences and not through other people's words.
By the way, since I love drawing, I have made a few drawings to match some of these mottos. I always do what I love; even if the anatomy of some humans is not as good as I want it to be, I DO NOT give up!!! So, if you like drawing, or making art, you can decorate these mottos with your own art... Be creative, be original!
"Do not go where the path may lead; go instead where there is no path and leave a trail.""Be the change you wish to see in the world.""Remembering that you are going to die is the best way to avoid the trap of thinking you have something to lose.""Do not pray for an easy life; pray for the strength to endure a difficult one.""Stop wishing. Start doing.""If you don't get what you want, it's a sign either that you did not seriously want it, or that you tried to bargain over the price.""Better to write for yourself and have no public, than to write for the public and have no self.""A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.""Worry is like a rocking chair; it keeps you busy but gets you nowhere.""The optimist sees opportunity in every danger; the pessimist sees danger in every opportunity.""When you feel like giving up, remember why you held on for so long in the first place.""What would you do, if you knew that you woud not fail?"
That's all!
