How should I go with the power meditation on the site?

I went through the JoS site and I found it interesting. I'll be doing my dedication ritual very soon.
My concern is about the Power Meditation on the site, which are numerous in number. My question is will I be performing one meditation for a day and another one for another day or I should pick one out of it and keep doing it? Or should I follow the meditation index and be doing one for a day? Pls someone should guide me as to how to go about it. Thanks.

You can certainly do more than one. It is essential to learn how to get into a trance and also open your chakras starting from your third eye. For example, you can always start the meditation session with breathing exercises. It is important to build an aura of protection and clean it every day (more than once if possible). It's up to you to create a meditation program that you can pull out.

me personally once i am one that wants to improve my focus

people here told me in past messages that flame meditation can do this

also you can use an electric candle if you want to or have to.

although where i live now i can do either one.

so sometimes i do one and sometimes the other which is nice if i do not always want to leave my bedroom.
