how often do you do Ritual rituals?

Question for those people who do spiritual warfare. How often in one day do you do Spiritual Cleansing Rituals? I will try to do at least 1 in a day, maybe even 2.

That is up to the person. Since there are several if you are just starting 1-2 is fine, when you're doing more or have more time you can do even 5 or more.

I go by what one user (johnson_akemi) has said, do as many as you can without feeling drained. Try to do as many as you can without draining yourself (but don't beat yourself up, know that as long as you give it your full effort you're doing enough, and be proud of yourself.)

Doing the White Ritual, Protection of JOS, Ritual's and meditations takes three hours or more. I try to do this before starting the day as if you leave it for days end chances are you will be too tired and not want to do it.

What people call "OCD" is curable with meditation. Do not commit suicide, you found Spiritual Satanism in this life, so take advantage of the opportunity. Don't lose hope, and I suggest reading this:Overcoming Obstacles

I also crumble the ones with the same goal together, such as "The Serpent Empowerment" and "The Ritual for Removing Obstacles preventing the Ascending of the Serpent."\

I try to do at least one a day, along with the Thurisaz/Hagalaz curse. I also vibrate 'avohuhy' by itself, as it's the reverse of jhvh & I figure it's a good way of chipping away at the jhvh god construct.
