You have to have a combination of the worst traits imaginable. Eugenic Euthanasia is not humanely killing people, its about sterilization.

Then it's not euthanasia, it's sterilization.

Look at it this way - a man is a true lowest bottom tier incel and isn't getting sex no matter what. He voluntarily opts for sterilization. A computer and a face expert checks his aesthetics, his family history, measures the hormonal balance in his body, his height, his disease history etc and determines on a scale that is the absolute worst of humanity that he is fit for sterilization. He gets some monetary compensation for the brave deed he did to remove his Gene's from the gene pool. This can be done for diseases, hereditary ones ,severe genetic ones etc should be compulsorily humanely killed at birth and the men/women sterilized. This was done in Nazi Eugenics and Western world but I just want to include the bottomless tier Aesthetics problem and the height problem as well..

At least you're thinking of the ethical principle that people can do this willingly and be compensated for it instead of becoming lambs to the slaughter like "Oooh, I'm sorry, you've been rated 4 out of 10 by our AI Attractiveness and Aesthetics Program, you're going to have to die. We've prepared a pistol for you, this will be quick, painless, and clean." and the doctor brings in the executioner to slot the guy in the back of his head, yeah?

Look at Tesla he spent his time doing this and not caring about social norms or limited beliefs. He didn't fit into society but were he went people wished to be around him. Spiritual power is the source of win.
