How is the Kundalini raised?

How can i raise my Kundalini?Any Recomendations?

This takes time. The kundalini has a mind of it's own, but will only raise when Father Satan wants it to. Kundalini Yoga will help, same with Hatha, the 5 Tibetians...and maybe even some Denise Richards Pilates and yoga
