How I started to make the Ambrosia: Power, endurance, speed and flexibility

Before I write a long post about this I just want to know first if this is something I am allowed to write about. I won't waste my time if not since more than once when I have stated I have created the elixir through a combination of weight training, sprinting, yoga, and jogging, it was blocked. There's much more to this but it's long and I won't write it out of it gets blocked and I am not even given an explanation as to why it's blocked, as has happened with my past posts on the same topic.

No, it is not necessary to combine all these forms of exercise to build up to create the ambrosia aspect of the elixir.

Focus strongly on getting strong communication with Zeus and your Guardian Daemon. As once you reach the point of secreting the elixir and the rest of this, they will guide you accordingly when you are ready.

If these steps are done too early before you are ready, it can cause issues and cause you to burn out, and things will not hold correctly as they should, as the form would not be ready to be gradually transformed.

This is a very gradual process and it cannot be rushed.

Even when one is at this point, they may have to slow the pace and go back and redo a part of this when they understand it better, as this is a long working. It has to do with fully transforming the form into a divine, shining daemon.

It is not a race. Do not treat it this way.

Your right it's not necessary. I'm stating this as one method, mostly for those of us who are physically inclined, have a history of athleticism, or are younger than 30 (higher testosterone) and can train to extreme level. For me this stopped becoming possible after I hit my early 30's, but for different reasons.

It would be a waste for someone who has the potential to develop themselves in this way if it can be seen within their chart as an easy way for them to reach a higher level. People with tight Sun-Mars aspects for example tend to have a lot of physical energy and can use this to their advantage. Also when you have a mutual Mars to Sun transit this is a great time to test yourself physically. Testing yourself too often or turning it into a race is a great way to injure yourself.

I could be mistaken. Either way as long as a reason is given I have no problem with it. Just seems kinda sus when there isn't one.

I only got a small taste. By the time I got home and had a full meal the extreme bliss in my pineal gland, like the tip of my penis was in my pineal gland and I was having an orgasm continuously, was gone. It's like anyone can charge up and experience siddhas for a short period, it to have them permanently, a fully risen serpent, is the goal. I would have to explain in a short story how the reason I got to the level was from brainwashing and torture every soldier is given in the Army, otherwise it appears as I'm bluffing or bragging.

The real reason these types of posts shouldn't be let through is because it poses a danger to those making it. I don't fear because I know the enemy has been aware of me for quite some time, still here, but I remember individual bragging about telekinesis one time and I never saw them post again. They were a regular here many years ago. Also I haven't my sweat/sweet saliva in years as I would be dealing with insomnia whenever I got close to this level again. It's much easier when your test levels are highest before 30 ideally.

I should mention that for me, once I had reached a high level in each of these 4 four physical aspects, the method in which the ambrosia was created, it creates itself once your at a high enough energy level in the same way a chakra spins on it own when it is fully opened, was with a combination of weight lifting and then stretching in between sets immediately after the lift, the part of the body I was exercising. So if I was doing squats I would immediately go into splits. If I was benching I would stretch my chest. I was often working out every muscle group everyday, but I would often keep the sprinting to about 2 or 3 times a week as it is too high intensity to be doing more than this. Even Olympians are rarely doing much more than this. One the days were you sprint you would also want to stay away from endurance work, but yoga can and should be done everyday. As a rule for every hour you workout you should aim for 30 minutes of yoga, or you will eventually develop problems.

It seems simple, and it is, but it took me almost a decade of training to be able to reach this level and even then after 3 hours in the gym I have to eat. As soon as a meal was in the the elixir would stop and my saliva was no longer sweet. If your working out in public you will probably get stares. It's best to get a home gym if it makes you uncomfortable. I would get compliments often for flexibility, but this often felt more like an insult to humanity, as to how far we have fallen. Splits should be normal, not a feat that should cause anyone to stare.
