How do you find your guardian demon

Would someone please tell me how to get in touch with your  guardian demon? I can't seem to find the instructions on the website my self. Please. Thank you. From what you all have told me, I have to get in touch with my guardian demon to solve my issues.

Pray to them, your Guardians are usually the Demons you feel most drawn or connected to. In order to communicate with your God you must open your chakras/astral centers first
