How do mothers know everything?

I need to know how my mum keeps finding out what I'm doing. She has no access to any of my social media, she never checks my phone or laptop and there is literally no spying software that she could have possibly downloaded on my phone.
It's starting to creep me out now. I'm just not getting away with anything at this point. She knows. She even managed to find out that I have a girlfriend and she won't tell me how. I don't know how she's doing it, but I can't hide anything from her! It's impossible!
I'm worried she might find out I'm a satanist, or that she might even know already!

My father knows a lot more about me than he lets on. But I have been living with him for majority of my life.
He knows what kind of books I read and that I am into the occult because he comes in to vacuum my room and move things around (chair, harp, books on the floor) to clean more thoroughly. I wonder now if that's a sneaky "parent" way to seeing what I am up to, without going through my things, lol. 
I guess it's just watching our facial expressions when we speak, or when we hear or watch things, and they want to get in on what we know or feel about whatever it is we are watching or hearing without asking us directly.
It could be that your mother is incredibly intuitive and psychic to some degree. Is she a Christian? If she is, and is psychic to some degree (clairaudient) the enemy spirits could be telling her things in her mind through words or thought packages.
Maybe she just has very strong intuition and knowing and has honed it since she was a child. Trusting in what she knew and felt and then confirming it in one way or another.
It's best to continue to keep occult and Satanic things out of sight, if you even have them at all. If she suspects, parents usually feel they have the right to rummage through our things and then to confront us.
Does she know when and if you lie to her? If she does, I recommend not lying because that will further disintegrate whatever level of trust is between the two of you, if you are close and have a close relationship.
She could also be picking up on your thoughts and feelings. Thoughts have energy. Perhaps practice void meditation more often when you are in the home with her? Have you thought about moving out so you have more privacy?

Bind her. Binding her will keep her from interfering with your life. I have found that people who are bound think I can do no wrong, so nothing I do is suspicious to them. They just think I am awesome and everything I do is perfectly fine.

She could be doing a simple trick my own mom use to mess with me with. My mom would take educated guesses and pretend that they were a fact. Your mom may not really know what going on, but a simple guess and check can get people a far way.

I use to feel so parinoid until I figured it out. After that feel into place I started lying to her and she has no idea, she'd accuse me of something and instead of panicking and thinking she'd figured it all out, I started saying to myself "there's no way she could know this, she's lying" and even since then there hasn't been a problem.

My mom would watch my social media, steal my phone and had software on our computer so she was much more obsessive.

There's always the possibility that you're mom is keeping an eye on things, make sure to lock your phone with a password only you know, set up extra login in protection on your social media accounts and be cautious of what you send over text message.

At one point I had like 4 fake emails to get around my moms craziness. Women are said to have a higher intuition, maybe she's tuning into hers a little bit. Chances are she's doesn't know diddly.

I also don't recommend lying, I did it when I was a kid, but I try and avoid it at all cost now. Honestly has gotten me farther!

My mum knows exactly when I'm lying, so I don't usually bother lying. Instead, I just avoid mentioning anything about the thing I am hiding because I have learnt that she doesn't think about it if no one mentions it. 
Also that idea about my mum being psychic to some extent could actually be possible. When my nan had cancer, my mum was painting my room, and she suddenly had a feeling that everything is gonna be ok. A second after that feeling hit her, she had a phone call saying that my nan had passed away. 
If you're right about enemies feeding her information about what I'm doing, then that's kind of dangerous! They could let my mum know that I'm a satanist. She is Catholic, so this wouldn't end well for me.

Well how can you be too sure she hasn't done anything to your phone.   Cut off the technology.   Go 100% cold and cut off any possibility that she could know.  Then "stake it out" and begin to watch her.  Maybe even test her by using your phone again or doing certain things to figure out what channel she is using to watch you.  This would include psychic/spiritual channels.
