Someone told me Thurisaz was a good rune for speeding up my metabolism and losing weight. I don’t know the first thing about how to use a rune. Do you use affirmations with them? Visualizations? If anyone can give me a step by step, I’d gladly appreciate it. Sorry for sounding so stupid.
