You want to summon the highest authority? kinda bad idea. Think about it, with the highest authority and power, Satan must be extremely busy. You can communicate telepathic even though you may not be open enough to hear him but he will hear you. Just think about him or his sigil and talk as if hes next to you. HE WILL HEAR!
