How do I know when my Third Eye is fully open

Hey, I had been reading the Opening of the Soul meditations again after finishing every one except the opening of the 6th chakra. I had completed the 4 days of opening the Third Eye a while ago (6 months), and when it's dark, I can see a silver outline around my fingers if I concentrate and all, yesterday even a red mist, but I'm not sure when to know if my Third Eye is permanently opened. Additionally, tonight's my third day of opening the 6th chakra, but I have a feeling it could be unwise to activate that first, since the Third Eye acts as a window for the 6th chakra's energy. Which leads to the question I had asked before: how do I know when I have permanently and completely opened my Third Eye? I know I might not hear a voice announcing "Achievement unlocked!" in my head so when would I know for sure?

And should I just intentionally drop the 6th Chakra opening meditation? As I said before, I don't know if my Third Eye is fully open, and I don't want to risk energy getting stuck in my head with no Third Eye to vent it out through.

To know your third eye is open is if you ever feel every so often a faint pressure on your third eye area. Or even just a little focus on it and you feel pressure there.

I am at the point where if I focus on my forehead I instantly feel the pressure and sometimes feel heat and light in that spot as well

Are there different levels on how open the chakra's can be? 

I have not even started the 4 day thirth eye opening ritual, but when I meditate or even just think about my thirth eye I feel a very strong (Not uncomfortable) pressure. 

Not only this, but I feel heat and preasure in all my charka's and it is getting progressively more noticable even though I haven't started any of the specific chakra opening meditations. 

When doing my regular aura cleaning and focussing on my charka's they get especially hot and active, however I cannot see my GD yet and I am sure my astral senses are only slightly opened because I sometimes can faintly see aura's or a slight mist/haze around the place when I am speaking with my GD.

However I don't have this vivid sight, where I can see all the wonders of the astral with my eyes closed, or the ability to see spirits and such.. 

So is my thirth eye actually open, or any of my chakra's for that matter? 
If so any idea how it is possible that they are already active/open without doing the actual specific meditation?
(Or atleast if what you say indicates their openess, I assume they are)

I do feel it when I focus even only lightly. It feels like an area in the center of my forehead is tingling and the feeling is a little similar to the one in the nose when you're about to sneeze, although this one is more faint. Thanks for the clarification, but I now have another question: when will it become able to see the astral? Will I have to activate my 6th chakra, and if so, how will I know that's open? I read that those who have been successful in opening the 6th chakra see a flash of bright light.

I see it as if you see energy your 3rd eye is open the rest is just about strengthening the ability to see through it

I also feel the pressure on my forehead when i focus on my third eye, i even sometimes feel the pressure when im not even focusing on it.
when i meditate on my third eye i often see flashes like someome flashing a camera on me, and sometimes i see a purple orb. Am i making progress??
