Do I have to vibrate each of the letters as it is written in the Satanic Kabballah ?

For example, "Sehmet" - is the letter S in this word vibrated in the back of the throat, like a cat's hiss or just pronounced as S , as in Sanctuary ?

e like in day, h like in the german word nacht, m like in mother, e like in day, and t like "TH"

That's, what I would like to know, as well. Especially Thoth, Set , SeHat, and Furfur. Almost all of them. You have to vibrate there Names. I how to do them properly, with out sounding like a fool. Plus there are Certain words, that we have to vibrate, such as those, when doing community protection, and wealth and Prosperity, and also in some Affirmations too.
