How do I get in a Trance?

Hello, I am having trouble getting in a trance, Im pretty sure I can get the first 3 steps pretty fast, but the mental fall effect is what kills me.Is there something I can do to help out with this? Any ideas would be appreciated.Thanks

If you are visualizing a latter and then stepping off of it, picture this latter in hanging off of a cliff. When you let go, you have a Long ways to go, an infinite distance to the ground. You must actually believe this is happening, make it Real in your mind, you will fall. Feel yourself sinking down in the chair. Pull up the Blue Light Meditation so your screen will be blue, even with your eyes closed you can still see the blue slightly through your eye lids. This will help you out.

Doing breathing exercises like 10 Tibetian breaths or Hatha/Kundalini yoga for atleast 10 mins will easily put you in trance,with no effort on your part.

Its a win-win situation you get into trance and gain energy, which makes the power meditation session go smoothly.

Cleaning your aura and chakras is a must before you undertake power meditations.

Something that helped me at first: I sit on the floor in front of my altar cross-legged, hands on my knees, but any comfortable sitting position will do. I close my eyes and concentrate on my back. Try to bundle all your bodily sensations and only be able to feel what's going on with your back.
If you need more: narrow the sensations down even more and concentrate on only being able to feel the back of your head (this may be a little distracting at first as when I did it the first time, I could feel my hair where it connects into the follicles of my head, a very odd feeling.)
If you need even more: roll your eyes "gently" back in your head, not all the way back as this can cause strain and pain but just enough as though looking up at something on the wall. Keep in mind, your eyes are closed for this, so there will be no visual point of reference, just don't pull your eye tendons as this will not help you relax.
