Affirm something like "In a positive and healthy manner, I am completely over ____ [her name]. ____ holds no significance in my life anymore, I have no feelings for her whatsoever". You can change the wording to whatever suits you best.
Do this every day (it should only take a week or so, depending) until you feel it has done the trick. 9 is a powerful number of endings, you can affirm it 9 times, 18, 27, whatever you want, a multiple of 9. A few times a day if you want. Whatever you feel is necessary.
And stick with your power meditations! Do you do yoga? It's wonderful for dealing with everything.
