I have a friend who has been very involved with Qigong,for many years.I was just wondering if anyone,like H P Don for instance,or anyone who has some knowledge or experience in this practice.

<td val[/IMG]Thanks for the reply Catlovers.I borrowed a series from my friend,and the teacher is Dr.Yang,Jwing-Ming.It seems to very informative,about the basics of Qi movement in the body,and how to amplify it,contain it,and send it to through the third eye.What I find the most interesting ,is how much of it I already understand from my Power Meditations.

It's been said in JoS site, that when a spiritual discipline is corrupted then it always has to do with their teachings, not the techniques. The techniques of Qi Gong, kundalini yoga, hatha yoga, reiki e.t.c. do work, what you do have to watch out to see if they have BS teachings about "love", celibacy e.t.c. or they call on enemy angels (such as some crap I've seen called "angelic reiki", lol".

Let me explain how to do qigong to you western people.I was born in Taiwan and learned a lot about qigong.There are so many ways of doing qigong. If some of you can read chinese will know that entering "氣功" in google search will make you feel crazy, because there is no true way to do qigong. Here is a way that I've learned and practiced for a long time.
First, focus in exhaling and feel chi is moving to the position of your stomach. After a while, you'll feel that position is heated.
Second, feel chi is moving to a place that is between your navel and your sexual organ.
Third, focus in that place for a week.
Fourth, feel chi is moving up your spine to the top of your head. Don't force it, if you feel that it is stucked, go back to the third step.
Fifth, just keep yourselves in deep trance is okay and enjoy your results.
Remember, focus in exhale from first step to fourth. Feel you are exhaling chi to the position you want it to go to. When you finish these five steps, in chinese is you 打通任督二脈, ...I can't translate it into English...It's so hard.If you want to get clairvoyance, focus chi is moving to your third eye is okay. But first you have to finish the five steps above.If you want to cure somebody, feel chi moves to your hands and put your hands to the injured place.On the third step...you'll find that you want to fuck more than usual time. Making love is okay, but do not do it too over.

Here's a video on a guy who been practicing QiGong for years and he learned abilities. I don't know if it is fake but it seems real to me. Besides I know one can learn to do those abilities.

Here's a video on a guy who been practicing QiGong for years and he learned abilities. I don't know if it is fake but it seems real to me. Besides I know one can learn to do those abilities.

Hello there. I would just like to bring together my knowledge of the subject. I have really only practiced the dragon tiger qi-gong; what i do is use the physical aspects of the teachings and discard the human opinion aspects of these practices.

Let me explain how to do qigong to you western people.I was born in Taiwan and learned a lot about qigong.There are so many ways of doing qigong. If some of you can read chinese will know that entering "氣功" in google search will make you feel crazy, because there is no true way to do qigong.



Here is a way that I've learned and practiced for a long time.



First, focus in exhaling and feel chi is moving to the position of your stomach. After a while, you'll feel that position is heated.







Second, feel chi is moving to a place that is between your navel and your sexual organ.



Third, focus in that place for a week.



Fourth, feel chi is moving up your spine to the top of your head. Don't force it, if you feel that it is stucked, go back to the third step.







Fifth, just keep yourselves in deep trance is okay and enjoy your results.



Remember, focus in exhale from first step to fourth. Feel you are exhaling chi to the position you want it to go to.



When you finish these five steps, in chinese is you æ‰"通任ç�£äºÅ'脈, ...I can't translate it into English...It's so hard.If you want to get clairvoyance, focus chi is moving to your third eye is okay.



But first you have to finish the five steps above.If you want to cure somebody, feel chi moves to your hands and put your hands to the injured place.On the third step...you'll find that you want to fuck more than usual time.



Making love is okay, but do not do it too over.



Maybe my English is not good...hope you know what i am talking about.I'm so glad that you have interested in Qigong. 



Honestly saying that many eastern young people don't believe this, I'm afraid that maybe through two to three generations that Qigong will dissapear in eastern cultures.
