How can I send terrible luck to somebody?

There has been this kid that's pissing me off lately, he for one got into a huge debate with me, trying to tell me kikes are just white people with a religion that happens to be judaism. He believes they don't have distinct features yet he is a kike himself, besides that nonsense he has been cheating all semester long and has currently passed me in academics. Now, I don't usually care, but this kid actually brags about it a lot and I actually do all my work so I don't feel it's fair.

Is there anyway I can send him bad luck so his academics go to shit? Now, I'm spiritually developing myself gradually everyday, but I don't know whether i'm developed enough for something like this. Anyway I can do something along these lines within a couple weeks?

Read everything about the Runes on JoyofSatan.org, then look through our past Group Rituals to get ideas of how to do what you want to. It is actually pretty easy in the bigger picture of Magick, but, still, you must be able to handle the energies well enough and also of course be able to clean your Aura and Chakras. The fact that you're asking this question makes me inclined to say you're most likely not ready. In fact, read through the entire Satanic Witchcraft section too and all of the info in the Power Meditation section. I think you still have much to learn. Focus on that, ignore this petty issue.
