Before I became Zevist I was depressed all the time....
I think I totaly destroyed my aura...Now I want to heal it,but

Take in energy to rebuild it. You should visualize yourself taking in white-gold light into your body and aura while at the same time visualizing the holes in your aura healing over. You could also add in affirmations in present tense to help with the healing process.

Only a suggestion, but try attending a martial arts class - one that concentrates on the classical techiques with the discipline of the dojo. Or try tai chi exercises. These will build your internal energy.
My aura is fairly knackered as well - for the same reasons as you, and I was told that of it wasn't for my martial arts, I would be in an even worse state.
