How bad are the attacks caused from spirits when you start meditaing

I was reading that doing the meditations causes u to create a link with the fourth dimension world which causes evil spirits to come and attack you and feed off your fear.  Personally I think I will get a lot of attacks if I do this because I am a super imaginative person and I get scared pretty easily.  Will you start seeing visions following you around and voices? Thats really very scary.

Not exactly. Your clairaudience and clairvoyance points would have to be opened and empowered in order to see and hear the enemy, Satan, and Demons/Demonesses. You can get attacked in other ways like having negative thoughts about Satan or believing in the enemies lies. (<----examples)
You can protect yourself by cleaning and protecting your aura a couple times a day and by doing daily power meditation to empower your aura. You can also do a banishing ritual and cleanse your room with blue Satanic flames.

So I'm not the only one thinking about it xD

Every time I start to relax I think "what if out of nowhere a monster like the movie The Ring appears and startles me" hahaha stupid isn't it? but that very stupid thought interrupts my meditation and adds anxiety =(
And I don't wanna sound like a chicken but I think every human being on this planet would get scared if something like that happened xD so I dunno.. =(

I think the only way to deal with these kind of fears is going through with it, eventually they will go and you'll laugh at your old self.

So waiting until 23 for my dedication ritual, so I can be a little bit more confident in doing these kind of exercises =)

Evils spirits I think only do that with ouija boards when you don't close them off at the end of a ceremony. Meditation I think does open your 3rd eye but and u may feel some energy and see things as you think them but that's as much as I know

Everyone has different experiences. Personally I have been attacked maybe four times that I can pinpoint in the past 7 years... and each time I was asleep and encountered beings in my home whose presence instigated or was drawn by my accidental astral projection. All of these encounters were very quick and I dealt with them very rapidly, initially very fearful but my instinct was to call out to Satan and a demon whom I have worked with a few times and each time I was given the tools to deal with the attack myself. But Blackmoon is correct, a daily programming of an aura of protection is essential and something I was doing quite heavily for a while when I experienced the attacks and perhaps the reason I have been attacked very few times and never with any grave consequences.
