History of name Ishmael?

A few months ago I got this name which is within the bible stuck in my head. I know that the Yehuborim take and corrupt. Is there a non Yehuborim origin to this name and if not could someone give me advice to remove it from my thoughts?

He may be having the "am I Yehuborim?" attack right now for all you know. What good do you think it does if you bust out assumptions saying he's a Yehubor? So far he has not done anything even remotely suspicious on here.
Ishmael to me sounds rather bad, more on the Yehuborim side of things. But since the Yehuborim have a history of stealing things it may be gentile in origin too, or at the very least it could be a corrupted version of a gentile name.

Thank you for your response. I plan on removing the name from my mind entirely. I am not exactly sure why it echos within my mind but I will do my best to remove it. The 21st is when Pisces is waxing so I will likely do a ritual for ending such thoughts.

Take some time to calm down. Just cause someone asks a question about something Yehuborim doesn't mean they are a Yehubor or want to promote Judaism or anything. It seems like you are being quite disrespectful to the people on here. I dont know about all this other stuff you are arguing about and I won't claim you are one of them yourself but I do get a not so good vibe from your posts. Take some time to deprogram yourself from the enemy programs with Munka and/or Ansuz. Do it each day for 40 to 90 days or more your chosen affirmation and whatever enemy program you need to be free of. This will save you a lot of problems later.
