Hiatal Hernias-Please read! Important!

I was stuffing my face with pizza for lunch, just a while ago, with my dad. And he told me that we should rest for a while after eating and not bend over or lift heavy things after eating. He mentioned that one could get hiatal hernias. So I decided to look it up, and this was what I found:

I am not sure if this is common knowledge, but it was news to me and I thought I should share it with the group.

  We all want to wake  full of energy and when we go to bed we want to be on a high.Sometimes when we get up we are not high energetically and we do not know why, the answer is  hiatus hernia.Am sending a link in you tube plz watch.My wife gets it often

The cure is also very simple, apply baby on your hands and also on your stomach(from you r solar plexus to your belly button, apply enough oil so your fingers can slide)with your fingers push down from your solar plexus to your belly button.

Your Dad's correct, but it's not common knowledge; but should be. Thanks for the links. Also, consumption of milk products like cheese can aggravate it.
