Hi To All

I just wanted to say hi to everyone since I am new here. I have been a Satanist for a little over a year. I dedicated myself on June 22, 2010, the day after my 49th birthday. (Yeah, I did so a bit late in life, I know...) I am basically solo as I live in a city predominantly xian, so keep to myself, save for a few. It is difficult for me to some extent seemingly the only Satanist in the area, but on the other hand, a lot less problems seem to arise the fewer people I know. Presently, I am working on opening my chakras, void and energy meditations, and doing my breathing. It is taking me a long time to learn to do these, simply because it is all new to me, and I have problems somewhat with visualization, at least at first. Father Satan has really been good to me and has helped me so much in my life. I am on temporary lay-off, but he has provided me money to keep me going, and in many little ways, far too numerous to mention he helps me get through every day, for which I am incredibly grateful. I found the JoS website last May, and am studying from there each day, although some days I don't as much as I want but things come up which takes precedence on occasion, like family situations with my grand kids and such, which likely happens. I don't really have any questions at this point, just wanted to introduce myself, and to thank JoS for this egroup. At least I know, should I have questions or problems I have somewhere to go with them. May Father Satan bless all! Hail, Satan!

Thank u, Allyson, and as I gave your reply some thought, I realized you're right.  The only place that wouldn't be influenced by jews or xians would be here, which is why I am too.   Ave Satanas!

Thank you for the reply and the knowledge I am not the only one that begun late in life.  You are right.  Better late than never, but it seems things are going slow for me, and I have a lot of trouble with things like visualization.  I have been meditating for nearly a year now, and I am still at the beginning! Times it's frustrating and feel like it's going nowhere and oftentimes wondered if it is due to age, or just me.  Anyhow, it's nice to know I'm not alone. Thanks again for the reply...Hail, Satan!

Well the thing with visualization Tammy is,if you have never practiced it before,than yes it is hard at first.But just don't give up,no matter what.Some of these things that we do in power meditations are very new to most of us,but the key is not to give yourself an excuse to quite,or even to convince yourself that its not important,because it is very important to complete what Satan started in us.The key is not to except excuses for your inability to do something,and just force yourself to do it anyway.Soon you will find as I have,that I can't function without it,and look forward to it everyday. Don't worry how far along you are either,its your program and not anyone else.Just continue to keep trying,and you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.Good Luck!
