hi. newbie here. i have a few questions.

can other people see the ectoplasm i secrete? and i cant get into a trance. i concentrated for 5 hours yesterday with no results. i just cant get that mental falling effect. and is it a good idea to write my notes in enochian so if my xtian parents find them, i could just tell them i was only drawing "cool designs"?

welcome iam not sure but.if you are distracted and trying to get into a trance it just doesn't seem to work.I have the same problem in my home ,I can never find enough quiet and it sux when I get joltes out of a trance.

to the point where it really pissed me off
but all because of lack of adivce
try this...
first off really make sure you are relaxed and it takes... SO MUCH patience for some
but i like to loose feel of my body (look up some tips of deep relaxation of the web)
and on the inhale or exhale(which is comfortable ) sink into ...the darkness or nothing
maybe look up
sleep paralysis
find as many resources as possible on web
