I’m only experiencing a slight headache in the area of the sixth chakra. How do I know if it worked, or if I should repeat the 7-day meditation?”

It has worked, the headaches is because of the unusually high current in the brain. You should definitely keep going and do the meditations. Clean (with the scanning light method) and spin the previous ones that you have already opened daily.
