Hi I'm new/need advice

Hi I'm new to this group and still a bit unclear on what my next step should be.

I have been doing power meditations for a about 2 and a half months now.
I am at the point where I constantly have a floating/light feeling and give off alot of static electricity.
When I do the invocation and evocation exercises listed on the main site I generate either warm or cold spots but at this time am unsure how to proceed further in my training.
I have yet to astral project.
I performed the dedication ritual last week however because I do not have enough space of my own I cannot risk being caught with most things needed for rituals as my landlord is both very christian and very mentally unstable so much of the advice I would seek from Satan and his demons is not something I can readily seek without being caught and kicked out or worse.
I descended from Native American shaman's on my dad's side and suspect much of my European ancestors were sorcerers.
So I have joined this E-group to seek answers and hopefully gain new insight as to how to further progress in my training.
Any help at all would be appreciated and I hope we all get along.

I have a question regarding Foundation Meditation. Every time I start doing foundation meditation and breathing in energy I get a feeling of weakness and feel like I can't go on. This starts happening after 4th or 5h breath. It's really strange. I sometimes couldn't get to 15 and had to quit at 10 or so, but after I'm done with the meditation I feel superb. Does anyone have any idea why is this so? Thanks

I had the same problem back when I did the energy foundation meditation. My stomach would get sick along with it though.

Yeah, some insight would greatly be appreciated.
