hello, i am new here and wanted to introduce myself. I found JoS by chance on the comment page to tv series and it has really changed my view on things!

I grew up a Seventh Day Adventist Christian, but I rejected that religion in favor of agnosticism/atheism. Now, I have moved beyond that period and kind of identify myself as a spiritualist. I will admit, satanism has a lot of negative associations in my mind due to the 19 years of christian programming (I am 21). But I have read through a lot of the JoS site and I agree with pretty much everything so, maybe another shift in conciousness for me !

I am 53 and have many changes in my spiritual path also.Was a minister  for that deceptive program for 15 years.Left the church and became a pagan for another 15 years.Now I have been a Satanist for almost a year now.After all my years of searching for the truth,I know in my heart I have finally found it.Father Satan is the true god and no other.My life is dedicated to furthering His kingdom,and completing what he has started in me.Welcome to the group!

I am new to this group. I have had my meditation books for a couple of years now. When I meditate I get extra energy at night so I can't sleep and I also start seeing faint shadows. I stopped as a result.
Has anyone experienced this? Why does this happen? How did you overcome it?
