Is there a ritual, mediation, or something that I can do to inflict critical bodily harm or death to someone deserving of it without having any negative effects or consequences to me?

It doesn't sound like you have much experience with meditation or magick, so perhaps work on those first? Your black magick will go a lot better if you have a strong aura (some say that if your aura is weaker than your targets, the magick can backfire).

Your mind. Ask yourself; 'is this person/people really deserving of critial bodily harm or death?'
Or are you just angry and want a little revenge? If so that's a childish notion and should be tossed aside. Acting in such a way is not the way of Satanism, and only makes you look the fool.
Take time to learn more about yourself, about your abilites and strengths. About your enemy and how to best deal with them, and weather they are even deserving of punishment.

Hello my name is Kayla. I'm very new to this but I'm sooo interested. I was wondering if someone can give me some advice on where to begin. I mean I've been reading bits and pieces and i would really like to have a personal relationship with Satan. I mean i feel like there is so much knowledge that i need to learn and i feel like i have a long way to go. I know i read about some meditation and i thought maybe that would be a good start but I'm just so A.D.D. that it feels almost impossible to clear my mind of thoughts. I don't know if maybe there are classes or something you take....I feel so clueless Plz Help

Don't worry, just do power meditation as long as it feels comfortable, even if it is only 3 minutes. You'll get better with practice.

The best way to start would be to download the 6 month spiritual warfare program. Read the JoS website and do a dedication ritual to Satan when you are ready.
Void meditation can help control an over~active mind. In fact taking a few weeks or more to practice void meditation and going into deep trances would be the best way to begin.
After you are skilled at going into a deep trance and void meditation you could begin by performing the opening of the chakras meditations and practice visualizing and cleaning your aura. Color meditation is also a very good beginner meditation. If you spend a good amount of time on the beginning meditations the intermediate and advanced meditations will come to you much smoother.
Dear brother damnplanetsaturn has also started a meditation program. You could probably join that too.
You will find out that most of your questions can be answered on the groups. Just remember that you shouldn't need a mediator.

Visit joy of satan website. Read through its different sections. Take time to study as much as you can on the site. It has everything you need. That is the best way to start. If you come across anything you dont understand on the site,you can ask here and you will be helped. Thus why we have the e groups. When you are ready you can dedicate your soul to Satan. It is very important. Satan and the Gods of duat will guide,protect and help you when you are dedicated. After that you can start power meditation begining with the beginner's section.
