Help with trance!

So i have been a dedicated Zevist for almost a year now and i can't
really say that i have accomplished anything yet. But one thing i know
that is needed and it have also been a problem for me is to enter a
trance state. I have read and understod what you can find on ToZ about
trance but i can't get it to work.

So i just wanted to get some tips from others who have succeded, i
know that some don't really do exactly the same to enter trance. So
please tell me how YOU do when you enter a trance state and how you
would recommend me to do this.
