There used to be a download link to the Runes MP3's in Library of Thoth. But I couldn't find it.

This Teloc Vovim character, mentioned in the description, was a infiltrator.

But the Rune MP3's linked to is legitimate. As the person who pronounces them are HPS Pythia. It's from the MP3's that used to be in Library of Thoth.
