help with demons

i desire help with demons. more so a constant companon that i cant speak to when i need someoen to speak with, i would like one that will push my bounderies so that i can excell. i understand the possibility of the sunburn affect from them but im not sure how i am to summon. an is there any other form of dedication than bloodletting bc with the once who suround me it would scare them not my religion but the fake of cutting myself plus i do not care for cutting my self at all.
