Help With Black Magic

There is someone in my life that causes people I love untold amount of suffering and despair. This person is a by the book sociopath and I can't stand his interference and constant negative energy vortex it infuriates me just thinking about him. Leaves his young daughter with drunks(which got her in a gun standoff) or drug addicts, doesn't give her money to eat at school, and constantly manipulates people's emotions to gain any kind of pathetic attention in their life.

I want this person gone and gone FAST. But I don't have any experience cursing anyone besides really the enemy. I'm still at a pretty beginner level of meditation. I can feel my chakras and energy. I can see and feel auras. I can sense when others have picked up on my thoughts or sense their thoughts before they even process it themselves. Should I start a black magic spell or wait till I advance more? If I am to start one, what can give me the quickest results? I want this person to suffer but I really just want them to die and never come back in any future life.

I understand runes and moon phases just not experienced with evoking energy to others. I've never made a poppet if that's even necessary BUT I do have an article of their clothing

Any advice to get this scum permanently removed from my life would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks for your time.
