Help with binding spell!! (:

When doing a binding on some one that has gotten married I find my self doing the affirmation using the maiden name and new name.

Example First Name Maiden Name-Married Name.

Questions
1. Am I doing the correctly?
2. If I am not does it affect the working?
3. If not do I have to restart a working that has been started in this format or can I change the affirmation to Married Name with out affecting the working?
