Good day guys, please I'm at the point of hatha yoga routine in the 40 day program of Hp hooded cobra, but I have a problem. I live in my family house currently and my siblings are always home, i have hardly any privacy most times. So it will be hard to start doing the yoga, especially Nam and repeating 108 times etc without getting caught unlike the previous meditation I could easily do without them getting suspicious as I have a recorded at home here of using charms in the past lol lol lol and I'm not even fully settled doing meditation most times.

So please is there any other meditation I can use to replace the hatha yoga routine that is still powerful for now so I don't stop meditation?

NC.
I will be moving out of the house soon though.

The nam sounds like you might have accidentally looked up on the kundalini part :) That is the one that goes to 108 counts and THAT is for ADVANCED meditators. They suggest to do 26 repetitions for beginners though.

Anyway if you have enough space to do it in your own room they shouldn't be able to hear you.

The empowerment program was never meant to bring trouble to you.

Just do what you can without bringing attention to yourself.

When you become experienced enough you will realise that most things can be done in your mind.

Some underestimate the power of prayer to Satan; if this is done with sincere love, then it is very effective with helping you.

Go with Satan!

You dont really have to replace the mediation at all. I dont know what the weather is like nor neighborhood in your area. However try going to an open area like a park. Remember a place that is idealistic is with no distraction.

I commend you by keeping to the program. Just do as suggested.

Also just to add, go to the website where it states plenty of programs you can perform . Remember you can add to the 40 day program. Being that your new perhaps make sure to add something basic and not overwhelming.

Thanks for your time and fight the good fight.

Hail Satan!!
