Greetings,

1)I was very overweight for years but I lost a lot of weight. I tried doing hatha yoga when I was heavier and I could not do most of the asanas. After I lost weight, I started doing some of them, but I still can not do most of them. Will it get better gradually? Or what should I do if I can not hatha yoga.
(I am doing kundalini yoga for a few months)

2)I sometimes do Five Tibetan, which is easier than hatha yoga. And I tried chakra meditation yesterday, I felt it is empowering my chakras but I do not have time for all the chakra meditations but I think everyday I can do for my one chakra so that I can do all the chakra meditations in one week. Is it good or it is a yoga that I should do for all chakras in one day?

Thanks for your answers. Have a nice day.

yes, it will get easier. your body will need time to adapt no matter what new physical activity you're introducing to your routine. no professional athlete started at a pro level and none of them got there within a day. go at whichever speed you're comfortable at, and gradually increase the difficulty. it will take time, but if you maintain discipline its only a matter of time.
as for chakras, its still recommended to work on them regardless of yoga. you dont have to do all of them in a single day every day tho. go one a day if you have no time for all, it's fine.
yoga can help with your energy flow but it will not cleanse and impower your chakras as meditating on them will

Yes, it will get better gruadually.

You should do both Yoga and Meditation if you have time. If you do one meditation chakra a day, you can do the Hatha Yoga for that Chakra, you can study the page about yoga of High Priestess Lydia:

You get better when you practice, yes. You can start with the most easiest of poses and variations and gradually over time increase the duration and overall difficulty, eventually reaching the most difficult variations at least in some poses. It takes time, but it is doable with practice as is common with any skill.
2)I sometimes do Five Tibetan, which is easier than hatha yoga. The best case is when you do the full thing every day. Following that, you can work with one or two chakra pairs a day*, and you can also alter the amount of vibrations and breathing exercises so that you can stimulate each chakra every day even if for a shorter amount of time. And lastly, yes you can work only on one chakra a day as well, but it will be a much slower progress overall.

*The pairs are as follows:
6th-3rd
1st-7th
5th-2nd

In addition to the above replies, it takes 10 years to master many of the asanas. This is what yogis say, and my own experiences matches it.

Everyone experience is different, some might take less some might take more. No one should be afraid of "time" of whatever it takes or that will ever take, stepping forward is the greatest answer there it is.
